Encounters take place in all spaces. In spaces of life, in spaces of construction, in spaces of material. They even take place in between these spaces. They happen wherever things meet. Where a beam meets a column, meets a brick, meets another brick, shifted. A back is leaned against the column. An encounter.
Encounters want to be revealed. And they tend to be so, if eyes in search of the extraordinary in the ordinary are looking for them. They reveal themselves to the ones who see the unforeseen in the predictable. The ones who understand the misunderstandings. The ones who see the beauty of the ephemeral in things that are meant to last.
